Unfortunately, no. Dealpath is best suited to offer real-time insights and efficiencies for investment management deal teams, developers, lenders and REITS of five or more.
At this time, Dealpath does not offer an asset marketplace. Dealpath’s mission is to support deal teams in uncovering the most profitable opportunities with real-time visibility, powerful analytics and reporting and collaborative, automated workflows.

Dealpath supports lenders in managing debt origination deals across numerous loan types from sourcing through underwriting, DD and closing with operational efficiency and a data-driven edge. Dealpath is a deal management platform that helps deal teams track deals from sourcing through closing, not a CRM. However, teams can track deal contact information (such as brokers) to better understand successful sourcing channels and inform business strategy. Dealpath can be configured to seamlessly ingest newly uploaded Excel underwriting models to instantly capture real-time data. Data does not flow directly from newly updated Excel spreadsheets to Dealpath.
